Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Note: We return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. It typically takes 5-7 working days to process your request once the item is received at our studio.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

You can claim for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete upon arrival.
  • The product is unused (except for initial testing), in its original luxury packaging with all labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the quantity or item ordered.

Perfume Usage Policy

To qualify for a return or exchange, at least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle. This allows for a reasonable amount of testing while ensuring the integrity of the product for our studio's review.

Exclusions: We have a strict no return policy on Samples and Testers.

How to Apply for a Return

In the event you are unsatisfied and would like to replace your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date:

  1. Email us at support@scenttell.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for approval from our customer support team.
  3. Once approved, you will be requested to send the parcel back to our studio.

Shipping Cost: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Processing Timeline

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
